Merchant may close their account and receive a 100% refund of their Monthly Subscription Fees if Ignite Payments Maple Grove receives the request to close their account within 60 days from the day the account was approved.
For plan packages that go unused during the first 60 days the merchant will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Monthly Subscription Fees if Ignite Payments Maple Grove receives the request to close their account within 60 days from the day the account was approved.
- Ignite Maple Grove must receive the terminal that was provided to the Merchant in order for the Merchant to receive credit for the cost of the terminal.
- Terminal must be received in good working order.
- Merchant is responsible for shipping costs.
- If Merchant chooses to keep the terminal, a charge of $299.00 will be assessed to Merchant for the value of the terminal. Charge will be deducted from the refundable amount (if applicable) or Merchant may pay via credit card or ACH.
The cost of interchange charged by Visa and MasterCard, and any transactional fees incurred while processing with Ignite Payments Maple Grove, are non-refundable.
